Their game is a success, but the entity they summon is not a playful spirit. They awaken a powerful and vengeful ghost with a dark connection to the villa. Almost immediately, the friends are plunged into a nightmare. They are tormented by terrifying visions, ghostly apparitions, and a series of violent and mysterious “accidents” that begin to pick them off one by one.
The surviving members, led by the protagonist Liu Sisi, realize that the game has unleashed a deadly curse. To have any hope of survival, they must race against time to uncover the villa’s tragic history and learn the identity of the ghost they have angered. Their investigation reveals a story of betrayal and murder, and they must figure out how to appease the tormented spirit before it finishes its vengeful rampage.
